We believe every worker has the right to return home safely at the end of every day. We expect employees, trades, and visitors to follow our Health and Safety policy and all applicable requirements under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, because protecting people on and around our sites comes first.
Con-Eng recognizes the right to work in a safe and healthy workplace, and is committed to providing such a workplace for every employee of Con-Eng and our subcontractors. No activity is more important than protecting the health and safety of these employees, and those who live and work adjacent to our operations.
It is the policy of Con-Eng to prevent occupational illness, injury, and property damage through full compliance with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations for Construction Projects, and any and all other applicable provincial and federal legislation.
This Health and Safety Policy will be diligently enforced and will be reviewed at least annually.
Every employee, subcontractor, and site visitor has the right to a safe and healthy workplace. We take that responsibility seriously on every project.
